Documents Required for Passport
- 1.) 2 Photo Copies (Size : 35*35mm) Front Posecolor.
- 2.) School Leaving Certificate Or Birth Proof (Born after 1988) Or Old Passport (If having).
- 3.) ID Proof : Pancard, Driving License, Aadhar Card Or Voting Card (Any one).
- 4.) Residence Proof : Telephone bill, Tax bill, Gas bill, Light bill (Any two) One year old and Current.
- 5.) Degree, Diploma Or Graduation Degree and Last Year Result Or 10th & 12th Passing Certificate & Result (Those who have been educated).
- 6.) Ration card Or Bank Passbook (With a one year entry).
- 7.) Marriage Certificate for Married women Or a couple photo to make affidavit And Copy of husband's Passport (First & last page).
- 8.) Mother and father's passport (If having) for children under age 18 Or School I-card Or First page of School Diary.
- 9.) Bring police certificate for lost passport.
- 10.) Bring N.O.C who are doing Government Jobs.
