W.E.F. 11th April 2014 , Turkey On Arrival visa system will be stopped by the emigration dept as per information given to us by the Turkey consulate Mumbai !!!

 

Business Visa  :

Original passport valid at least for 06 months. 
02 Colour photo, 2.5inch x 2.5inch, white background, 80% face should be seen with matt finished.
Covering letter on company letterhead with designation of pax, purpose of traveling, travel dates and who will borne all expenses during the trip along with Higher Signatory Authority name and Designation should mention below along with company seal.
Original Invitation from Turkey along with turkey company seal and sign Or if copy invitation we can try on it.
Original Indian company registration IF sending copy of registration then required original notary stamp on copy ‘OR’ Original Chamber of Commerce letter.
Original Bank Statement for last 03 months till the dated of the personal and the company along with bank seal.
Copy of salary slip for last three months of pax along with original company seal on salary slips if (EMPLOYEE).
Return Confirm Air Ticket

Please note if PAX can't provide salary slip then required the salary certificate they have to provide Original company bank statement for last three months if copy required original bank seal and sign on that & If pax going for conference, exhibition, seminar purpose then required hotel confirmation. and if pax is a doctor then required the original doctor certificate. If any company sending the Indian company registration copy then it has to be attested with Notary stamp on copy. (AS PER THE CONSULATE RULE).

 

Tourist Visa  :

Please note if PAX With designation Proprietor, Director or CEO then required Original Proof 'OR' if any such documents sending copy then required to be attested by the Notary stamp on copy, AS PER THE CONSULATE RULE.
