Business Visa :
Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return, One Original form of Sweden along with Appendix [A] form & Appendix [D] , Two photographs as per the specification 35/45 80%face white back ground , Original Covering letter from Indian company with mentioning the designation of Pax, Purpose of travel & date of travel , Invitation letter from Sweden on company letter head with mentioning the pax name, Purpose of visit travel dates and duration of stay, Personal Income tax papers fro last 3 years, Personal bank statement for last 3 months, Medical insurance as per the air tkt & the insurance coverage the 30000 euro and Return ticket.
Tourist Visa :
Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return, One Original form of Sweden along with Appendix [D] form , Two photographs as per the specification 35/45 80%face white back ground , Original Covering letter from pax in details on his company letter head Or if pax is working then covering letter on plain letter & Leave letter from Indian company, Hotel confirmation as per the air tkt, Personal Income tax papers fro last 3 years, Personal bank statement for last 3 months, If working then salary slips for last 3 months, Medical insurance as per the air tkt & the insurance coverage the 30000 euro and Return Air ticket .
Pls note we can submit the application at Sweden VFS in Mumbai and it will process from Sweden Embassy in Delhi only.
Pls note If any pax will called for personal interview he have to attend the interview at Sweden Embassy is Delhi only.
