1.   Original passport valid at least 06 month.

2.   Two Colour photographs as per specification 50x50mm 50% face should be seen white background.

4.   Covering letter on Company letter head with applicant's name, passport number & travel dates

5.   Invitation letter with applicant's name passport number & travel dates,

6.   Colour Xerox of passport copy 01st & last page on 01 page only

7.   Ticket itenary after submission of 07 to 08 working days

8.   Travel insurance as per ticket

9.   Original Personal bank statement of last 02 month with bank seal & sign & salary slip for last 03 months.

Tourist Visa  :

1.   Original passport valid at least 06 month.

7.   Ticket itenary after submission of 07 & 08 workings days,

8.   Travel insurance as per ticket,

9.   Personal original bank statement for last 02 months with bank seal & sign & salary slip for last 03 months

10.   Colour Xerox of passport copy 01st & last page on 01 page only
