Employment Visa :
Org passport valid for last 1 year, 2 visa application form back to back print and sign as per the passport by blue pen only pls do not fill form as correction is not acceptable, 2 photo graph white background, Org covering letter from pax with full detail and mentioned home address contact number add to CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA MUMBAI, India mentioning Indonesian company name with address,ctc number and what will be his designation, Approval from Indonesia Immigration, Letter from Labour Ministry of Indonesia, Contract Agreement copy from Indonesia with sign by Indonesia company person and applicant, previous work experience certificate copy from 01st Jan 2010 to till dated on company letter head with joining and leaving date on company letter head with full address and ctc number, Qualification certificate copy, One way ticket with ticket number, appointment letter copy from Indonesian company.
Tourist Visa :
